Vehicle Lift & Wheel Removal Combination System

Patent Summary

The present invention aims to provide a new Vehicle Lift & Wheel Removal Combination System that is attached to the frame of a vehicle and provides for quick and easy changing of a tire. The invention contains hydraulic jacks for selectively lifting a frame away from a ground surface and also includes air lines for supplying air to an impact gun so that the lug nuts of a wheel may be removed.

Further detailed descriptions of the invention can be found in the full text patent document, the detailed drawing figures and the patent objectives.

*note - It is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of construction and to the arrangements of the components set forth in the description or illustrated in the drawings.

Inventor's Notes

"My invention is to help people get a flat tire changed with very little work. It typically takes a male about 45 minutes and a female longer under ideal conditions. Now with my invention just push a button, remove the tire and air gun from the trunk or underside of the vehicle, pull the air line out of the inside fender well, hook-up, zap lug nuts off and put on new tire, unhook the air line, put gun and tire away, push another button and your on way in less than 10 minutes. The invention can also be used to change oil and perform other maintenance on your vehicle. Activating all four jacks with a push of a button gives you the space you need to access the motor from under the vehicle.

The invention is good for cars, trucks, buses, RV's, trailers, military vehicles, mobile homes and small aircraft."

Patent Objectives

It is an objective of the present invention to provide a new Vehicle Lift & Wheel Removal Combination System...

  • that makes changing a tire quick and easy.

  • having a hydraulic pump mounted on said vehicle coupled to a power supply of the vehicle.

  • having a plurality of hydraulic pumps mounted to the frame of a vehicle coupled to said first hydraulic pump such that each can operate independently.

  • having a plurality of hydraulic pumps that can be selectively extended downwardly away or retracted toward a vehicle's frame.

  • having a plurality of air compressors mounted to the vehicle and being operationally coupled to the vehicle power supply.

  • having a plurality of air lines with a free end positioned adjacent to one of the four wheels of the vehicle.

  • having a pneumatic impact gun for removing lug nuts having a mating portion for selectively coupling to said air lines positioned adjacent to the wheels.
